To compliment our replacement coolant hoses, and as a functional upgrade over the factory soft rubber intercooler hoses, we are pleased to announce the release of our upgraded silicone intercooler hoses for the stock intercooler piping.

The factory rubber intercooler hoses are prone to expanding under load and high boost levels, which can lead to a loss of throttle response and performance. This will also lead to fatiguing of the hose strength over time leading to premature wear and failure. We have captured this phenomenon on video below:



Our replacement hoses prevent this occurance with their reinforced silicone construction, which can regain throttle response and performance, as well as provide a subtle appearance upgrade that will long outlast the OEM rubber hoses.

Another unique feature of this kit is the option of relocating the blow-off valve from the stock location on the turbocharger to the throttle body hose. While we have not measured any specific benefit to relocating the valve, many believe that this is the best placement for it, and this kit offers the ability to do so with an optional relocation kit that will soon be available. For those looking for the benefits the hoses provided, but don't wish to relocate their valve, a blanking plug is included for the valve relocation port on the throttle body hose.

These hoses are designed to work with the factory intercooler piping and factory intercooler. They may work in conjunction with an aftermarket intercooler kit, so long as that kit retains the use of the stock piping and hoses as well.
