Actually, truth be told, FedEX delivered our new family computer this morning (I didn't know FedEx delivered on Saturday!)
Anyway, it's an HP all-in-one system that we've been waiting on for 3 weeks, so we are setting it up now.
Then, I'll be driving over to the shop where we will be doing the GC (about 40 miles away).
I'm hoping to at least gut the doors & play with the wiring.

Hey, what's this bit about the door sill? If the door sill is removed, what's holding the door in place once the hinges are removed?
What did you paint your new hinges with?

G) sill,,bottom of the car, you have to have the door open to remove it . you have to pull it away to get at 2 bolts for the fender (sill is not the rite word)
the side skirt that comes in body kits,, the clips that hold it on are hard to pull out.
paint ,,,, gloss black high heat eng, paint. good luck on the computer....

G) every thing went ok, fenders off, inside door off.
hit a big stop sign when i got to the wires.
not sure where you get the extra wire from or if i am to cut the boots for the wires?
or do i reroute the wires in the door?
so i should wait for the instructions to come in the mail.
@ Oversoul how did you do?

Never got to the car today. Started out setting up a new computer & ended up being a family day with a lot of relatives coming over & us making pizza's all day.
Sometimes life is just one big pizza party!

Well, I hope tomorrow is more productive. My wife brought home 10 pounds of King crab legs for dinner tomorrow.
I definitely am not working past 6p Sunday!!!
