SMD-Ring Angel Eyes

SMD Ring Angel Eyes are rings that border the circle of your headlights. They can be found on BMW's and are a nice modification for any vehicle.

The angel eyes from Diode Dynamics are the highest quality and brightness available. Look around, you will not find better angel eyes anywhere! SMD Ring angel eyes are basically a ring of forward-firing LEDs to create a circle effect inside your light.

Kit includes:

Two (2) SMD Rings
All wiring, based on your selection

We use custom-manufactured SMD rings through our top LED manufacturer. They are highly durable, with a black backing color (For white backing, just ask). The LEDs go all the way around the ring for no "break" in the light as with other angel eye designs.

The kit is wired up for you as much as possible. It is a plug-and-play installation using quick disconnects. You will not have to do any soldering, wire stripping, crimping or anything; it has all been done for you.

All kits come with a video of the installation filmed on your vehicle, showing you how to do every possible thing you would need in installation.

The kits also are available in different wiring configurations, as follows:

OEM: The Angel Eyes will turn on with your parking lights, just like they were installed as OEM from the factory. White is recommended, for the illegality of other colors. Taps into your parking light signal in the headlight. Comes with rings and connectors only.

Fog-Light: The angel eyes will be wired to turn on with your fog lights. Taps into fog light wiring. Comes with rings and connectors only.

Switch: A mini toggle switch will be included along with all wiring needed to install the switch in your cabin. The angel eyes will be powered by your battery, so any time the switch is on your angel eyes will be on. This is recommended for illegal colors such as blue and red.

Can you post the video link? I'm kind of nervous tearing apart a sealed light.

I'd like to see what's involved if that's possible.

Still editing the video. It's a standard disassembly... took me 5 minutes, and on these headlights it's quite easy, there's only two screws you have to take off so there's no chance of breaking anything.

You mean the lens doesn't have to be heated up in an oven or with a heat gun to be removed to gain access to the inside of the light?

Paul these look great! Very nice light quality. Would love to see the installation video when it's ready. We've got two Coupes ready to rock a new look. Price is very fair as well.

Paul if you could show us an example of how the wiring is on the LED's when the unit is received and basically anywhere we would need to tap into that would be great.

I'm personally thinking of picking up two sets of angel eyes in the future.
