Those are Enkei AKP's. They come in 18's and 20's.
The 20's don't stagger and the 18's only stagger 1/2 an inch, 7.5 and 8.
18's Offset is 7.5, 42mm. 8, 40mm.
20's Offset is 8.5, 40mm.
