+35 is the stock offset of the wheels.

I'm currently running +36 on the front and +30 on the rear.

    Default 19" Genesis Coupe Wheels

19" Genesis Coupe Wheels apparently good enough for a Lexus, lol.

Any one know the "HUB" size for the GC?
is the GC Hub-centric or Lug-centric?

Those of you that have bought aftermarket wheels, what kind of Hubcentric ring did you have to buy?

well, no answer.. best I've got is the 'recollection' of someone saying that the hub was 67.1mm, I'll find out on Saturday seeing as my wheels are 67.1mm hub bore.

    Stock 2.0T Track wheels
Track edition 19" wheels and tires with 100% tread
    (courtesy AMS: http://www.gencoupe.com/general-disc...hread-ams.html)
    Weight:
Front 55.0 lbs (Bridgestone RE-050s are 27lbs each, which makes the stock front rim=28lbs)
Rear 57.4 lbs (Bridgestone RE-050s are 30lbs each, which makes the stock rear rim=27.4lbs)
    (Tire weights according to tirerack.com)

    Gonna go with:
    Rota G-Force - 18x9's +30mm offset with
    245/40s up front
    275/40s in the rear

    weight based on available data
    G-Forces = 24lbs each
    Federal SS595s (245/40/18s) - 12.1Kg = 26.7lbs each = 50.7lbs up front
    Falken FK-452s (275/40/18s) - 30.1lbs each = 54.1lbs in the rear

    overall loss of
    (110-101.4= 8.6lbs) 8.6lbs unsprung weight up front
(114.8-108.2= 6.6lbs) 6.6lbs unsprung weight in the rear

Total unsprung weight loss = 15.2lbs

not too bad while also getting a little better contact patch on the ground. They're a little shorter too (overall diameter) so I'm thinking it'll be good for a little more 'torque-y' feeling too.

(not to mention getting a little more 'flush' to the fenders at the same time)

Okay, so I got my wheels mounted. Couple of notes for those going from stock 19s to aftermarket 18s:

Centerbore: 67.1mm confirmed (thanks to Wheeldude.com and Genesisforums.com)

    Stock lugnuts/studs thread-pitch: 12mm x 1.5

Stock TPMS fit the Rota's just fine, no alteration needed.

18x9 +30mm DOES NOT clear the stock FRONT Strut. A minimum +25 offset is needed to run 18x9s with 245/40s up front. and that's really REALLY close tolerance (I'm running a 5mm spacer and it's fine, no rubbing, even at full lock turning right or left).

18x9 +30mm needed a 8mm spacer to be almost 'flush' so a +22mm offset is just about perfect for the rear (on a 9" wide rim). running 275/40/18s in the rear.

overall i like the look , but now I gotta get suspension. lol.

Got bored today and weighed the spare with the bathroom scale. It's a alloy 18" wheel sprayed gloss black. It looks pretty cool actually. Weighed in at a whopping 30 pounds. I'll be removing that boat anchor for the dragstrip this week.
