    Default rotors changed?

    When it's time for me to change my brakes and rotors i'm def going to upgrade. I was sondering if anyone has put any slotted or vented rotors and bigger brake kits in.

    Do you have the Brembo kit? Frixia makes some good pads, same with EBC. All GC's have vented rotors I believe (well I have a base model and mine are vented), slotted/cross drilled/dimpled rotors will add to your braking force but do usually mean changing them up more often. How many miles do you have on your coupe so far and how hard have you been driving?

    actually isn't the front rotors vented and the rear solid for base/premium models and only GT(Canada)/Track and R-Spec(US) get brembos and ventilated rotors?

    Genesis Coupe Purchase Status:
    Unfortunately, functionality cannot meet up to expectation. Will be the next generation owner when major issues are fixed.

    I have about8000 ina year starting to drive it alot harder now since everything is breaking in. Im also thinking about taking it to the track. I really like that blue

    G) our 3.8 GT has Brembo's but not vented rotors
    2010 3.8GT 6 speed
    nordschleife gray
    rear spoiler , gun metal grille
    full wing emblems
    RWDcoupe.com decals and ghost eye lids
    underbody lights (blue), DD stage 2 led (blue), FlyRyde blue and white angel eyes.
    AEM intake
    V.D.I.& FlyRyde vertical doors

    yeah Glenn they're vented, I think you're thinking cross drilled.
    Vented means that the two braking surfaces are spaced by fins or vanes joining them in the middle.
