USPS now has those flat rate boxes, that saves quite a bit.

I used the flat rate box last time I shipped to Canada and yes it will save some dough. The tubes I use are best to hold the eyelids in their shape and prevent htem from getting bent or creased during shipping. But for shirts and things flat rate would be no problem.

I've actually signed up for a design place and am drafting up some shirt ideas this week. If you guys have any cool design ideas let me know or post them here.
