Considering all the liability would be on the installer for gauges he didn't see 100 ea still isn't bad. So 2 gauges installed for $200 not bad since the gauges were free.

I got my CMD installed and setup for less, but thats because I bought the CMD from them

RWDsnail, it is very unfortunate to hear that you are unsatisfied with the quote you received. However, it is a fair price, considering all the work that was involved with the install.

It took us the entire day on a Saturday to install these used gauges that were not purchased from us. We had to fabricate a custom harness from scratch, neatly wire it through the car, securely mount the gauges, then hook them up with the harness. This is a lot of work that takes time to finish properly, and as the saying gos, "You Get What You Pay For".

Our main priority is customer service and quality installation of quality components. I would like to point out that RWDsnail's grievance is not about the quality of the work, but with the price she received. This price was quoted before any work was done. If she was unsatisfied with the price at that time, then she could have shopped around at other shops for a better price. However, there is no reputable shop that would charge less than $200 for an entire days worth of work.

the bottom line is, we performed a quality install at the agreed upon price. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and this negative feedback is highly disturbing. If a customer is not happy with a given price, the proper time to bring this up is BEFORE the work has been completed, not after.

    QuickRabbit,
we have been in business for close to 8 years now. After thousands of customers, it is unavoidable to have issues with some. However, the vast majority of our customers are satisfied and gladly return for more work, and we do our best to take care of any issues that may have caused the small minority to be unsatisfied.

We are well known in the area for the quality work that we do on any performance vehicle, and are trying very hard to become the premier shop to specialize in the new Hyundai Genesis. We would very much welcome and appreciate the opportunity to work on your car as if it were our own. We would like to invite you to please come into the shop or give us a call so that we may have a chance to earn your business. We are confident that if you give us a chance, you will be very satisfied with the customer service, parts, and quality installation that we are able to provide. The owner of the shop is Felipe, and he would be more than happy to personally help you decide on the best solution for you and your car.

    Thank you,
    --Velocity Factor.

Thank you for the professional response VF. This shows you take pride in your work and I respect that. When I get my parts I will be sure to stop by your shop to receive a quote.

    Thanks Pete.

That is correct. We are factory authorized dealers for most performance brands. If you let us know what you need, we can probably get you a really good deal on parts as well as install.
