I did a few days ago but I have yet to get a confirmation with order number and my credit card still hasn't been billed. I wonder what's up.

I called and for some reason my order didn't go threw. I set it up again and got my confirmation.

So did you guys plan on re-using your tires and the TPMS sensors from the stock wheels on the new ones?

Yes, I plan on re-using the stock tires. After I setup my order again today a guy from tirerack.com called me to ask if I forgot to order the TPMS sensors or if I planed to use the stock ones. I advised him the Canadian models don't have TPMS.
