Default New to the Hyundai scene...

...and what better way than to go from a 2001 Lexus IS300 to a white, Genesis Coupe 2.0T. I love the car and love working on cars, can't wait to get my hands dirty as this will be a long, drawn-out affair of a project car for years to come.

A bit of history, I used to work on my 1.8T VW Golf all the time until it was untimely ripped from me by a person that couldn't drive to save their life. I have changed everything from intakes, to DV/BOV's, fuel rails, FPR's, etc. etc. that didn't require a lift (which my good buddy took care of for me). After that I tried my hand at Lexus and liked it for a while until it started becoming a money pit with prior issues that I wasn't aware of (O2 sensor's always blowing and a mold smell that no one could find & resolve, plaguing my commute daily). Enter the Genesis...it fit me like a glove from my first test drive and it put the fun back into driving.

Props to CMcCane for the YouTube Forge BOV install vid while I was researching my first thing to get. I chose RWD as a result for my new forum home since it sounds like a bunch of cool people frequent here.

Welcome aboard! Thanks for the props on the videos. I have been slacking lately (not modding much) and hopefully I can bring you guys some good new videos and installs soon. Also great choice on the White coupe. One of the best looking colors I think!

Yeah, I agree...white was def the best choice I thought given the red and black ones they had. Really looking forward to getting that Forge, I had one for my VW back in the day and was impressed by their quality and the sound.
