Well, parts of it are, but you misconstrue me Marsar...South Philly is for the most part a great ethnic Italian neighborhood, which is what I meant by "deep in the hood" not like SouthCentral LA....
South Philly is South Detectives, 1st, 3d and 17th police districts...Kensington, however, is nowhere near South Philly, (well, I guess it is since it is in the city) its in the river district, north and east of Market Street,
home of North Central Detectives, 26th police district, home of the Badlands....dont get me wrong, I have nothing against Kensington, some salt of the earth folk up there....

Hello I from West Philly. I live in Vegas now. My GC like the sunshine and warm climate. I have M&S foglight kit which sticks out a little in the front bumper.
With that parking in Philly I don't think I'll drive there. Good luck and welcome.
