What is your goal for this meeting? Are you a sales person there? Will your dealership be giving away things like t-shirts, hats, maybe even a free oil change?

It's hard to help you, when you give so little information

It's not hard, this is your event food and drinks are a given. I am a manager here. You are our customers, we are offering you a safehaven to host events a place where you and your brother and sister coupe enthusiasts can go and enjoy eachothers company and cars. Hopefully we can be an involved member of the community and you will tell potential buyers how involved we are and what our level of commitment is to this community is and they decide to buy their coupe from us if not at least we foot our best foot forward. I don't know what it takes to have a successful event I do know this is a better venue than a coffeeshop in a strip mall. So I am a blank canvas you tell me what it takes and I will do what I can to make it happen.

By the way I will have an R-Spec in before the end of the week!

Well we gave some suggestions in the other thread. I'm not sure how many Cali members we have here which is a shame because if you were in Florida I'm betting a few of us would make it out

Sounds like a good time! We need to get a local Florida dealership to do this for us. Maybe something in the Orlando area!
