Hi all,
My name is Zach; I'm on a few of the other GC forums. I have a GC 3.8 GT Auto in Mirabeau Blue. Had my GC since June. I live/go to school in White Plains, NY. Look forward to hopefully meeting up with some local GC's.
Also, does anyone here know any info about the hood alignment issue?

Welcome Zach! I updated the roll call for your region. As far as the hood alignment issues make sure you stay on Hyundai's back about it. If after adjusting the stoppers under the hood it's still messed up then let them know about it! It sounds like there's quite a few people with the issue though fortunately mine is not that way.

What exactly do you mean by hood alignment?...it appears as if the hood is not closed fully correct? I just got a coupe and was looking forward to put a strip of LED bulbs (similar to audi lights) on the top, creating an angry eye effect...however the hood "not closing" all the way prevents that

some coupes have issues with the rubber stopper grommets at the front of the hood, these grommets screw in and out to increase or decrease the front hood gap. Play with it and find out what works (please don't remove them and try to close your hood, you'll bend it. Same with twisting them almost out as this might bend it too). I haven't seen any that need changes anywhere else though.. but tell your dealer as if there might be damage you'll want it on record for warranty.
