To clarify and end all speculation...yes it was our car that experienced the fire shown in these pictures and videos.

At this time we can not comment on the cause or reason for the fire. No one was injured during this catastrophe. Once more information is available we will have an official press release.

The only thing that we can be sure of is that the cause of the fire had ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to do with any of the components we installed on the vehicle. Again, we will provide more information as it becomes available.

Wow this is really unfortunate! Beyond Redline has done some amazing things with their Turbo coupe. Making almost 450whp I believe! I am glad nobody got hurt! Damn those flames were out of control!

Well they should let everyone know somewhat quickly what DID cause it because just saying it wasn't them isn't really enough to be convincing ;)

car looks squeaky clean after that hose down. lol. Not deterred at all by this... just means u need to pay close attention to your car when u tune it, and make sure u tune it right.

Hmmm...... Toast anyone? LOL.

well I hope there is an investigation on this, because if it's not BR's components that means it's Hyundai's... but it could just mean that Hyundai's parts were not meant for that much output.
*cries* I hope I don't have to worry about my car bursting into flames, anyone else notice the hood is all crumpled up?

I think that is because the firemen were trying to pry open the hood to get to the fire...

I wonder how this incident will affect their sales. I know they were releasing a new turbo kit and several other products. I hope for their sake that this doesn't hurt their image. Also I hope it wasn't a Hyundai issue from the factory so that none of us have to worry about bursting in to flames randomly...
