Business Recovery: Recruiting all KryptoEmblems customers - Satisfied or not?
Hello all!
It has come to my attention long ago that I messed up badly with my business morals and ethics. This thread is to strictly get previous customers information so that I can satisfy all of you with my service and proving that I want to continue business with Genesis owners and soon become a verified vendor on this site. Those of you that are here to bash and burn me, this thread is not for you. I look forward to continuing business with you guys in the future, but for now I need to have this sorted out. As soon as I get PMs or posts here, I will start/update the list of outstanding customers.

I think we would be remiss to not warn people about your horrible business practices in the past. I think that anyone that communicates with KEP or sends money would be doing so with an extremely high risk. This person has lied in the past to customers. A particularly bad example I can think of over at GenCoupe.com was when KEP claimed they had shipped something, had not, and then said they'd talk to their shipping department about it.
KEP is a one man operation.

I will have to agree with David here on the subject. I find his business practises to be very unprofessional and I would not recommend purchasing anything from them at this time. I believe there were 3-4 members here on our forum that paid for emblems and never received them. I offered the idea of giving a refund and Corey mentioned that he already spent the money but wanted to work on getting them their emblems now. The original orders were placed probably over 6 months ago and I said thats unacceptable. How can you go spending customer's money before you have even delivered their purchases.
KEP posts will be monitored for any unapproved solicitation and bans will be placed if needed.
