I feel your pain. It took me 35 minutes to go 6 miles this morning! Traffic really makes me miss the automatic!

Whoa, I think your commute outsucked mine. That's bad.

You miss that automatic? Heck, at least in traffic a manual gives you something to do, something to be occupied with.

I live one (yes 1) mile from work so I rarely get to drive my GC!
Now that really SUCKS!

This may somewhat be on topic, but how far from work does everyone live? Whats the longest its taken you to get to work?

I'll start 11 Miles one way (and 18 Minutes according to mapquest)
Longest drive: 45 Minutes.

my office is the front seat of my GC/ I drive about 150 miles a day

Like I've mentioned, it is exactly 1 mile from my driveway to my parking spot at the hospital. Not worth firing up the motor on my GC.

Well, it depends. I used to be about 22 miles from the client I went to for the better part of 2 years in Tampa and that took me about 40 minutes. I'm about 15 miles from my office and it takes the same amount of time even if I rarely go there. My office is right next to the airport...and the Jersey client was a 1,010 mile flight and then a 25 mile drive to Wayne. So I had about 1,050 mile round trip...usually about 6 hours of traveling all told. Of course the hotel was only 2 or 3 miles from where we had to be so the daily drive in wasn't long ;)

About 50 miles... takes about 45 to 50 minutes... 65 mph express way the entire way... This is why I want to get my GC soon... my little mazda protege doesnt like doing 70 very much...
