I'm only 3 miles away from school, but my school is off the most traveled road in my city. It can take from 5-10 minutes if I am driving well, or if there is bad trAffic I can wait about 45 minutes. It was worse one time when I was halfway home and my friend hit the back of my car throwing him into the on-coming traffic lane and some ra-tard hit him straight on going 45+ . then traffic was like 3 hours long. Just for another mile or so...

I don't mean any offense by this...but if your friend hit you in the back, which caused him to go into oncoming traffic....I don't see how the other person that hit him (in their lane) is the 'ra-tard'. Now, I wasn't there...was the other person driving crazy or something?

So is the retard your friend for not driving safe and hitting you, or the unsuspecting driver in the other lane?

I'm confused

The only possible explanation I can see here is that it was a residential area that was like 25 - 30 mph. However, that would mean that two people were morons instead of one! And from the description, I don't think the speed of the oncoming car had much impact in the result.

Let me get this straight...
your friend rear ended your Coupe and you're not pissed off at him???
After the collision, he went into the opposite lane of travel and
some poor unsuspecting dude or dudette hit him?
And they are at fault?
Please explain how that can be.....

old man running a red light and totalled my '07 tiburon SE V6...
BUT, that is the reason i now have a Genesis Coupe.
worth it in the end imo. but i paid it off not even 2 wks before it got totalled and now i have payments again >.<

Sidenote, my friend rear-ended my tib with a big ass truck and pushed me into the car infront of me that ended up being about 7k worth of dmg and a few wks in the shop... i dont know what it is but i hope my bad luck with people hitting me is done with. if someone hits my GC im going to punch them in the balls then piss on their tire and break down into tears... (obv. exaggerating)

I was sandwiched between 2 cars on the highway when my last car (08 Tiburon GT Ltd) was only 5 weeks old (1,400mi). After 8 weeks in the shop ($12,500 damage) I traded it in for my new baby.
