OBDII Monitor Program for Ipod
Yesterday I bought an Ipod Touch, not really knowing everything those insane little devices can do. So before I bought it I was looking at a product:
Greddy Informeter Touch at GenRacer - Performance parts for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe
but after browsing the app store on the ipod, I found this:

now I was looking at it, and it does everything that the greddy does, except I already own an ipod now. Since this app uses the wifi you can even still listen to music while watching your boost pressure or when the free update to version 2.0 comes down, calculated real-time wheel hp. Now mind you it will never be as accurate as a real dyno, but at least you'll be able to get an idea how your car performs in your climate.
Only downside... the wifi kit to plug into your OBDII is 150$ USD, which including the cost of the Ipod at 236$ CAD (8GB Touch) puts you round 366$ USD for the hardware and $39.99 for the software vs. 375$ for the Greddy Inform-only-meter. A bit more cost but a massive amount of more function.
When I get the cash to buy the OBDII dongle I'll do a full review on the product.

These things are cool. Some of the dongles use Wifi and you can pretty much be like 10-15 feet away from your car and still pick up the OBDII info. Cool if you are parked in the garage or something and dont want to be sitting in the drivers seat.
