    Default Backseat delete kit

I'm gauging interest in a back seat delete kit, I'd really appreciate any thoughts and feed back.

haha.. can a mod make the poll un-public? I didn't know what that meant when I created it.

I sat back there to clean the rear windows. I cannot even sit up half way straight. Give me a nice flat platform.

Well, I thought this was a poll, not a vote! ;)

I don't use the back seat....... so I really could go either way on this.
I wouldn't use that area any MORE if the seat was gone so having the seat there or pulled out is really not a priority for me.
If the delete was really eye catching, I might could go for it though.

Yes, I'm wondering how that would work. I'm not sure I'd want an opening to the trunk area that stayed open.
I don't think that would look very good.

I'm working on a kit that the back will latch/lock for retained trunk security/inaccessability, that will fold completely flat instead of the partial flat. The seat part will be replaced with a cubbied deck, insulated underneath and just as easy to remove as the current seat for fuel filter accessibilty. For durability I'm looking at aluminium but the end result won't shave weight most likely.
I'm also looking at a 2+1 conversion as well, remove the seat only behind the driver. That'll be the kit I keep installed because I only have 1 child.

Prototyping will start early next year hopefully.
