Looks like a hard bench to me.
Fits in perfectly on a track driven car and maybe for some street machines, but not something I would invest in.
Not utilitarian & not rider friendly.
It would however, be a great addition to those looking for the perfect excuse to NOT take along a third person when cruising the boulevard!
