How well does it fit with the speaker that is already up in the front of the car behind the screen?

Such as, does anything need done in order to have it all fit in the same place as the little blue screen was?

Very good question...the speaker itself located below the cover won't be in the way (premium package and above).
However, the factory speaker cover needs to be "cut" about 1/3 from the front for proper fitment.
