Dude that's retarded! Not your fault if the road is slick or something and you lose control... nobody got hurt thank goodness.

I get issued my ticket tomorrow at 4.. I argued last time about its not my fault and he said I "had to have been excessively speeding inorder to make your car flip itself around"... hey.. could diff lock cause it?

Ima print out the thread from the other forum where everybody is discussing how ESC is failing on them or not working properly, I hope that's enough!

I know it's months later, but glad to see that you're ok! I've seen your car a thousand times on gencoupe.com...and never saw anything about this accident. It should be all fixed by now, right?!

Nope, you will lose, if you have not already lost...printouts from the web are not going to do jack...they are inadmissible as evidence to prove the truth of the matter asserted in every jurisdiction in the United States...fact of the matter is you probably are guilty, but if you want to fight it in court you need an expert witness to back up your story, like an engineer type, to come in live and testify and that will cost you as much as at least a cool set of new wheels for your Coupe...and, in traffic court, you would lose even if you reincarnated Albert Einstein as your witness...talk to the prosecutor and cut a deal... cut your losses...that's the way it's done in America!
