Does this count the Track Trim too? I would hope so...
i was just browsing today and found this.:
• 2.0-liter, low-pressure, turbocharged, intercooled 4-cylinder engine with dual continuously variable valve timing delivering an estimated 210-hp (regular), estimated 220 hp (premium), an estimated 223 ft-lbs of torque (at just 2,000 rpm), an estimated 30 mpg EPA highway rating and an estimated top speed of 137 mph
I hope that's true because i'm gonna start putting Premium on my 2.0T .![]()

estimated 223 on 93oct
Trim package doesn't matter the 2.0T power components are the same in all trims.
Personally I can't feel the ~10hp (91 oct here) difference but the engine seems to run smoother but also I'm in California and we have craptastic gas.

The car does perform better on Premium, I haven't dyno'd it so I can't prove anything, but just keep in mind that the +10 HP is at the flywheel just like the 210 rating. I've seen loads of dyno runs and no 2.0T pulls 210 whp.
I run premium because I notice the bit more pep and I enjoy going farther on a tank (my coupe has gone about 700km on premium on the highway).

D-sport used 91, and got 219.3 whp and 263.5 trq out of a 2.0t, turbo's like better gas. thats why i would stick to better gas, and since i live in oklahoma i get really, really cheap gas.

where did you get that? they said they did light tuning after the run, They did not do any aftermarket tuning during the official run you are wrong on that point sir.
the part your talking about is was later but you are correct saying they reflashed it, with some add ons later they got 234 whp and 237 trq with the k&n filter, reflash from PA, and the legamax exhaust set up...
they did tuning on the Evo X, 370z, and GC later, being that they all won something.
hope im not coming off as an ass. just saying. you were just mistaken.

Unless hyundai gave DSport a hopped up coupe, there's just no way it dyno'd 40hp and 60ft/lbs more than ANY other GC 2.0T. The thing put down numbers as good as a V6, which stock, isn't possible. The PA reflash is good for 30-40hp and 50-60ft/lb of torque... Which is about how much above stock they were. There haven't been any stock 2.0Ts dynoing above 190hp. I'd need to see a quote from DSport to believe it was stock.
some of the guys on gc.com said they are prolly cranked numbers... but thats what they got so take it or leave it. but i highly doubt they would lie about the numbers they got.
and here is the stock gc v6 numbers, which clearly shows that the 2T is not even close to the v6 numbers
2.0T : 219.3 whp @ 6,000 rpms and 263.5 trq @ 2,000 rpms
3.8: 295.8 whp @ 6,300 rpm and 276.6 @ 4,700 rpms
70-75 hp difference... and a 13 trq difference... and again they did not reflash it for the test, they reflashed it later!!!
