when i was buying my gen coupe, my salesman told me something.. he told me hyundai will make limited amount of genesis coupe for US to make the car value stay. I don't know if that's true............ if it is, then GREAT NEWS !~~

This is true in a way... limited means still about 1 or 2 million. Which im sure they probly will have some left over when the 2011 comes out. Its more of an accounting decsion then a specail make decision. Cars dont sell well in their first running. And 2010 is the first running in the west.

Salesman told me something similar, but seeing as how my local dealer's been selling em like hotcakes, they've been fortunate to still have a steady supply for local demand.

I disagree with you on first year runs. The Genesis Sedan did super well, the Coupe is doing very well and bringing more sales to Hyundai.
The Chrysler 300 went through the roof in it's first year.
