    Default Need help with Cold Air Intake

    Hey guys, im looking to get a short ram cold air intake and want to know what you guys think is the best one out there. Im looking for one that's pretty quiet but has high air flow and will increase engine health and performance. Please feel free to respond, i want your opinions. Thanks

    The only short one I know of is the one I just bought for my V-6 Track and that is the Weapon R Secret Intake at Genracer.com. $210 before shipping. I wanted the AEM but you have to take half the car apart everytime you go to clean the filter. Bad enough you have to take off the pans on the bottom just to do an oil change!

    I'm rocking the Injen Cold Air Intake on my 3.8 and it's been awesome for over 2 years now. Made some really good power. But as RMJones has said it is a bit of a pain in the butt to install and clean. Worth it for the gains though I would say and you only have to clean maybe every 6 months or so.
