We put 3 pillows & 2 blankets in the back seat with her.
She spent the trip curled up &/or sprawled out..... whichever she wanted.
I think she was more comfortable than the front passengers.

I really don't even want passengers in my car......... they dirty the floor mats & dull the leather seats....... then they want to touch the visor, door handles, buttons....... man, they leave the place a real mess!

You guys are little bit ridiculous. I eat/drink/whatever in my car, AND I've brought my dogs in it. I have this protective cover thing for the backseat and I put a blanket over it. I just have to vacuum the dog hair. I also have rubber floor mats over the embroidered GC mats... AND I have wet naps in the center console just in case. God people, it's a car.

Anyway... I drove from NJ to MA a couple of weeks ago and didn't stop once. It was 4 hours there and then coming home (I went elsewhere in MA) was 6 hours. I didn't stop on the way home either and I was fine.

I didn't have any issues. Neither did the front or rear passengers.
The ride was good, the seats were comfortable, the sound system was great.
I'm sure you'd enjoy your trip.
    Rear seat passengers?
You mean the rear seats have a purpose other than
    to scam the insurance underwriters?
What were they? midgets or your cats/dogs in a carrier?

I agree with Oversoul, but I'm OCD so thats probably why. My daughter has the backseat and she shares it with the dog (who has a seatbelt and carseat). Since my daughter is only 8 months old there aint a whole lot of mess to be made quite yet and she sleeps as soon as the car starts. Dog travels well too.
