    Being 23, I can say I drive a hell of a lot better than all the morons I have SEEN so far. I almost have lost faith in people completely. It's not rocket science. And no, an SUV doesn't make you invincible... so stop acting it and maybe you won't spin out on the parkway.

    I guess my main thing is my mom always pressuring me to get the winter driving experience in. "If you don't learn now, when do you expect to learn at all?"... so now I feel pretty confident in the snow. Hurray!

    ah...i remember driving across rt 80 and down 287 in the snow...no thanks. but with the frigid weather in florida...i cant get my tires warm!

    I'm sure you do, MissAdema, sounds like you have your head on straight...
    and you're right, driving in the snow is not rocket science, but the sad fact is
    that many on the road barely have an EEG that is much above flat line, so that is a problem...

    your mom sounds alright...was she a drill sergeant?

    We're dug out now G, thanks, but they are calling for snow again Monday, no amounts yet...you expect that, we don't.....
