Default My more important test drive..

So i know someone actually just posted up a test drive, but since a lot of you know that im getting a genny really, really soon, so monday when i went to lunch i drove past one of my local hyundai dealers, and i thought hey i can just stop by and start testing the waters, so today after school i just stopped by my dealer and test drove a 2.0T Track Man Silverstone..

Im there with my buddy who was driving his RSX behind me, the only reason he came with is bc he has been hating on the KDM. but we roll up and i see this fantastic looking line up of gennys perfectly parked in a row, there was about 10-15 gennys spanning from low model 2.0T base to the 3.8 track, i didnt see any MB gennys, and im def not getting a TR Gc so the only other 2T was a silverstone, which is fine i like silver cars. I tell the sales guy, who was pretty darn cool for a sales guy, that im not getting one today bc my dad and or mom is not with me, and if i make any deals i want them with me, but i told him bc he was so cool i would def hit him up when i finalize what i can pull off.

So the dude is super cool about everything and asks me if i wanted to test drive one, and of course i was saying yes... i chose the track bc they didnt have any r-specs on the lot, but he did tell me they are supposed to be getting one in the next week or so, but i was happy with test driving the track, of course i would be! So my buddy actually could fit in the rear seat with a cap load of room i was uber surprised. but i get the car on the main drag and the dude is like just be easy but when we get up to the highway i'll let you floor it.

so after i get the hang of driving it we get on the on-ramp to the highway and i floor it, my heart was like , then i got her up to 80-90 and then i hopped off the highway and drove her back to the dealer. being my first RWD experience it was pretty damn awesome, my subie was a lot more grippie bc it was a awd, but nonetheless it was gnarly ba, i thanked the salesguy and said you give me a call when you get an r-spec as long as it isnt TR he said cool then my friend and i left.

I think the best part of the whole day was when my friend was not only over the awesomeness of the gc, but he kept saying that KDM is pretty damn nice, which for a JDM'r to say is you know.

i really dont want a track, i would rather either have the R-spec or a MB base-premium, just bc i love that color...

as most of you know i have been waiting a while, but it is def. nice to see what im gonna be smokin my friends with...

awesome! R-Spec is suppose to be pretty good bang for your buck but honestly.. I wouldn't be screwed without bluetooth and I love not having to reach over to change stereo settings.

by the by, MB is pretty damn good.. usually I only like black or grey cars.. but I love the MB more and more each time I see it.

is there a big difference? i could tell the weight difference, between my hd and the bk, but the horses were much appreciated. I think the price tag for the r-spec is better deserved than the track. what color did you get?
