This should only be the case if it is a metallic tint. Ask if their tint contains metal...if so, you may want to consider another brand, because the metallic tint can interfere with your phone/tpms/various other wireless signal devices.

The tint my shop used contains no metal, so I've had no issues with radio/phone/etc.

Yes, you will loose your AM/FM reception.

I had my windows tinted with non-metalic tint and everything works with no problem. Good way to shop around for a good tint shop is by word of mouth. If your in NJ, PM me and I'll let you know where I went.

They are 35%.

Alright, thanks. I like that, its just dark enough to give the look without being TOO dark. Gotta watch in PA, the law can be interpreted by how the cop feels that day.
