Just incase anyone wanted to know this is how my boyfriend and I installed my fog lights.
Updated list for what was purchased to make wire harness and install fog lights. Hope its explained clearly enough.
Pictures will be posted soon in my album.

FUSE HOLDER
GM / Delphi Sealed Fuse ATO Holder Metripack 630 kit
.. Mount inside fuse holder box or close to battery.

FUSE
7.5 amp fuse will work for 27/27.5 watt 881 bulbs.
10. amp if using 37.5 watt bulbs. (note, do not use bulbs where the filament is closer to the base than the OEM 881)
.. 37.5 watt at your own risk of melting housing. Some work, some can melt. Distance from base to filament is key. Compare filament distance of a 27.5 watt OEM 881 to the 37.5 watt replacement bulb. The filament needs to be further away from the base to reduce risk heat damage. Higher wattage not recommended with factory gauge wire harness.
.. 55 watt heard will melt housing. Do not attempt.

PIGTAIL CONNECTOR KIT
GM Delphi / Packard - 2 way Metripack 280 female connector assembly for
1993-1994 VSS or H8 / H11 Bulb Connector Kit. Fits the side anchors of the 881 Genesis
Coupe OEM fog light bulb.

RELAY KIT
GM / Delphi Sealed Metri-Pack ( Metripack ) 280 Medium Current Sealed Relay Kit SPDT 30 AMP
or
GM / Delphi Sealed Metri-Pack ( Metripack ) 630 High Current Sealed Relay Kit SPDT 40 AMP
(had to get the 40amp since 30amp was out of stock.

WIRE
If using OEM #881 27.5 watt bulbs
18 gauge pigtail connectors to relay
18 gauge wire blue (switch to relay)
16 gauge wire green to battery/fuse/relay
7.5 amp fuse
or
If using 37.5 watt bulbs
16 gauge pigtail connectors to relay
18 gauge wire blue (switch to relay)
14 gauge wire green to battery/fuse/relay
10 amp fuse

PLASTIC WIRE SHIELDING
Recommended. Plastic 1/4" shielding or tubing around all wires to prevent rubbing on sharp edges, tie strapped in place.

SWITCH
After market switch mounted to the right of traction control button. (any switch will work).

FOG LIGHTS OEM
Purchased from dealer or online.

TOOLS NEEDED
Crimping tool and wire stripper, electrical tape, screw drivers.

TECH LEVEL... Challenging due to tight spaces and crimping pins can be difficult with out proper tool, other than that, pretty basic.

How we installed them. We ran the main power 14 gauge wire from the battery about 7 inches to the smaller fuse box holder next to the battery, then from the installed FUSE, over the passenger wheel well, down in front of the washer fluid container, under the radiator (visible from the front) attaching w/ black strap ties to existing black wire harness, around the front up the drivers wheel ending up next to the larger under the hood fuse box over the drivers front wheel. This wire connects to the RELAY MAIN POWER. Using the fuse box screw is where the relay was mounted. Then from there we ran 4 more wires (2 red/2 black) going back along the main power wire dropping down to the drivers side fog lamp, then continuing back in front below the radiator to the passenger fog lamp to connect the pigtail connectors. At this point, continuous wire is run to the battery and fog lamps.

Going back to where the RELAY is mounted. We have 5 wires so far at this point. 2 black wires can be grounded on the bolt in to the top of the wheel well. Notice there is already one wire from the harness that uses this ground. It's a good ground point in to the frame. Next connect the 2 wires from the fog lamps to the output of the relay connector. Connect the main power from the fuse to the relay main power. Next run an extra ground from the relay ground to the same bolt over the wheel well that is used for the factory ground.

Almost done. From here there is 1 pin left on the relay for the relay power switch. Connect another wire to this last pin the relay control pin and a second wire from tapping or sharing the main relay power pin which both wires will go from the relay through the firewall in to the dashboard to control the relay on/off. Connect both these wires to any after market switch. Since the draw is so small from the OEM fog lights it may not be necessary to install a separate low amp fuse for the on/off switch as most handle up to 20 amps. If using a light up switch you will need just one more ground wire from switch to metal point of dashboard frame.

That's it! Expect this to take a whole day at least as there is not much space to work in and around the vehicle. The dashboard has a few pins and screws to remove, then it pulls off with some light force as the white pins hold in very tight. Be careful not to crack the dash when pulling off as it is tight.

This should not void factory electrical warranty in any way since nothing connects to a single factory part or wire.

Want an easier way to turn the relay on and off? You can also buy an adapter for one of the dim lights plugs to connect between the factory plug and bulb. This way you won't modify the factory wires. With this adapter in between you can connect a wire from here to the relay on/off pin. When dims go on it will activate the 5 watt relay to active power from the battery to the fog lamps. When the dims go off the relay turns off power to the fog lamps. This is easy and fast but you have no control to turn off the fog lamps when dims are on, but you don't need a switch either. You can also use a remote relay with wireless on/off switch.

Lastly. The 881 bulbs don't have a pos or neg side to them. Either way works.
