Default soo i almost lost my gen to the cops

i was just coming home from my girl friends house at 1 in the morning tonight. there was an sti in front of me we were both turning on to deer park ave on long island and he decides to stop and talk to someone so i floored it around him so i can beat the light and headed down dpa with him right behind me and by this time i m doing like 65 and we passed this cop going the other way at first it didnt look like he was turning around , so i jumped on the parkway with the sti right behind me and we both hit the gas he got pass me at like a 100 then we hit speeds of 130 and i was maybe a car and a half behind him. we went about 3 exits he got off going south and i went north all of sudden i see this car up my ass and i notice it was a cop and then i saw another cop going the other way after the sti. the cop waited about a min put his lights on and by this time i was already on my block. so he gets out of the car and ask me do you know why i m pulling you over? i said no, hes like you where doing a 100 on dpa i said no i wasnt it was the blue sti then hes like i saw the bright red car. i was like i ll be 100 % honest with you i was doing that on the parkway but not on dpa hes like i know i was doing over a 110 to try and catch you. so i gave him my liscenes and a pba card so he went to his car and hes like your really lucky your brother in law is a highway cop. hes said i m letting you go this time bc you where respectable but you have to slow down and if i see you again going that fast i m going to take your car and liscenes away. so with that being said i m really lucky and i dont think i m going to be going that fast for awhile noww...

    Confessions of a Sunday driver:
This past Sunday I was third in a chain of cars on I75 driving my wife's Elantra Touring. We were coming home from my mother-in-laws funeral & we anxious for that trip to be over. We were doing the 90's for about 15-20 min when the road out front cleared of traffic & we opened the cars up. As soon as we hit 100, the black Charger in front of me snapped on his blue lights & pulled the lead car over!!!!!
Can you say Holy Sh!tloads Batman?!?!?!!! I did!
I was up this cop's ass for 15-20 minutes & didn't know it!

I'm not one to talk, the shit I used to do back "in the day"
as they say, but I have always been way too lucky to win the Lotto
spent all my luck half a step ahead of the Reaper...
and doing the "Fast and Furious" crap for real is a ticket to a real quick
check out over time, sometime the first time....so, as the immortal
Dirty Harry said "Do you feel lucky, Punk"?
And my guess is a lot do.....some are, most aren't...

True.... and then there's the careful guy who feel victim to an unfortunate freak event, man-made, act of God, whatever, & he ended up down under too.
That's life. One big crap shoot. Some times you win. Some times you lose.
The important thing is that you LIVE it!

Also true...as long as you are not taking someone else who is not into whatever you are doing down with you if shit happens, that is fine....
problem with doing this on the public highways is you never know who
is going to suddenly appear in front of you who is not into your game....
if you really want that old adreneline rush where no innocents are likely
to get killed, join the service, combat arms, and volunteer for Afghanistan..
    that should do ya.....
