Thread: Front and rear wing emblems

From what I have seen you get what you pay for and even the expensive wings seem to blister, crack and peal... If you decided to go ahead and get them I would definitely get them professionally clear coated.

I would recommend going to ebay and looking for a seller 'KMD Stuff". I ordered my wings directly from ImportShark's website, and it took me a month to get them(1st sent to wrong zip code, then when package arrived, it was missing the emblems). (I would have been better off going through ebay-I think the transaction would have gone differently since they would have risked negative feedback) I ordered my 380GT badge from KMD through ebay, and I had it within days. You are going to pay about $95 for the front/back set. I haven't had any problems with mine, but then again, they've only been on the car about a month now.

Once thing that is getting popular over in Korea is using the official Hyundai/Mobis Genesis Wing emblem on the front hood.

Not always...I think some do and some don't. I'll be interested to see how they stand the test of time but there's definitely been mixed reports on it. I park my car in a garage at home and it looks like even during the week for the next year at least it'll be mostly indoors. We'll see what happens!

I got mine from importshark and they only took 2 days to get here. I got other stuff from sfr and had a lot problems with them. This was for stuff a lot more expensive then emblems too!

Well, I don't know what you two have going on, but I got all my badges from importshark....i did it serially, so have had a few contacts with them...most showed up within the timeframe they said, when there was a problem, they emailed me and let me know when to expect delivery...I don't have a problem with that

so, italia dude,what's the whole story? inquring minds want to know!

i order them from importshark, they got out of stock, got good communucation with them... only problem is that my emblem are dead since salt and sand and snow hit my car... i got the dark chrome

Well, don't know what exactly you got from them, but I went with the winged "G" in the oval, silver outline, blackground, silver wings and G...
They just got all the road salt washed off this am and look fine....
anyway, IS just offer the product for sale, don't make or warranty them...
sometimes you get lucky, sometimes not....caveat emptor dude....
