There's a guy on genesisforums.org that ran a 12.9 with a V6 and 75 shot I think, not sure about the shot size though.

It can also come in handy for us 2.0T guys if we get bigger turbos. Use a small shot of NOS down low until you get the turbo spooled.

Lol NOS?? What is this fast and the furious?? NITROUS maybe? Lol. I don't plan on running spray, but I plan on a methanol/water injection.

I've seen some good things done on the V6 with Nitrous installed. I believe Hennessey Tuner School had theirs on the bottle. Made some nice numbers for intake/exhaust and nitrous

well now RWDsnail he could mean just an official and specific NOS kit instead of misusing the term. Then again.. he was probably just misusing the term.

Running nitrous has its' advantages but seriously weigh them before deciding to hook a tank to your car. It can trash a lot of stuff. I wouldn't really recommend it because it increases your block temp quite a bit when used and these are only aluminum blocks. Loads of other stuff can get broken, warped, stress fractured or otherwise from the sudden increase in power output and compression ratio.

But if you do decide to do it, just remember that it doesn't explode like in F&F cause N2O isn't flammable, so you don't really have to worry about it being behind your seat.

When I used "NOS" on my previous car I fried my O2 sensors and suddenly had some engine knocking. Woops.

I won't be running anything on my car that can run out, ie: nitrous or water/meth. I don't line the idea of having to worry about filling up a tank of anything. I like to have my full performance all tbd time.
