a much needed thread to let people know what they may get themselves into. Me, and a few other members have had HORRIBLE experiences there. They promise the world to you over the phone, and say they have the car you want in stock, in the color you want it. You get there, ask to see the car, and they go, " where did it go?" it was just here?? Truth is, they dont have it. They will lie to you left and right. **I work at a car dealership in sales, and we NEVER lie to our customers. Lying to a possible customer in car sales is a thing of the past, and Rick Case still hasn't gotten their act together.
I challenge you to call them right now, and ask for a particular Genesis coupe. I gaurentee you they will say they have it.
Please do not encourage them by shopping there.

Sales there is fine. First NEVER shop by phone! You should know that being a sales person. A sales guy will say anything to get you into the store.
Oh and when Rick Case says they have it, it means it's at one of their locations. Ask more specific. Ask If it's at their location

i wasn't shopping by phone i was locating. I didn't want to go to just any dealer cuz i didn't want the car being dealer traded. I didn't want some salesguy hauling ass in my future car from one dealer to another. i know how most of them drive, especially with it being a sports car. And shopping over the internet is going to get you the best deal by the way. you walk in and they start at MSRP or over and go down. You shop on the internet and you go from cost and basically stay there. You had an ok experience there... but besides you, everyone I've talked to that has gone there had a horrible experience. It really depends on the salesperson too. not all of them will represent the dealer in the same way. but a majority of them lie left and right.

J/K I've heard some pretty rough things about Rick Case Hyundai but eh I can't judge from personal experience.

I called a deal asking if they had a 2.0 track.. they said yes. then to confirm i asked what color the interior was... they said black leather.. i said all black? they said yes.
The 2.0 track comes exclusively in black/ red.
