Thread: LED Fog Light Bulbs?

Hrm... You might try and check with Paul from Diode Dynamics on this one. He specializes in lights. Also I know Mike from Importshark has some really cool custom light solutions available right now. Maybe his guys could create something custom unique for you.

Have you had any luck finding the LED bulbs?

Won't you need something to give another current reading due to the reduced need of the LED compared to a normal bulb?

I actually have seen LED bulbs that are the correct size for the foglights but like you said there is the issue of running a relay to trick the system... I'll try to find a link.

Ya, I heard about this, since LED consume less power the system will think that the fog lights are burned out.

Have you heard anything about putting HIDs in them? Any advice on how to do so?

ya go to diode dynamics if ur looking for HIDS for ur foglights i talked to paul and he sayed the size would be 881. im looking forward to getting some myself for the foglights

Honestly, at this point, LED fog light bulbs are not worth it based on the brightness in comparison to the low price of a set of HIDs!
