Just got my grill today! Was very excited to put it on.
Only the left hole of the grill matched up with the top piece evenly and right side didnt even line up at all.. I'm gonna go buy some screws and washers to fasten this baby up.
Do you guys happen to know what size screws/washers I should buy for this job?

Yea, this is the main reason why I am no longer selling the Luxon grill. There were way too many fit issues and not enough problem-free orders. I now have a 1-piece version of the Luxon grill that will be available in fiberglass (with pre-painting options) and carbon fiber.
(The center "mesh" will be the SAME black plastic mesh that Luxon uses)

I just left it as it is. It looks good and it felt nice and tight cept a lil wobbly at the right. It's not gonna come off so I'm fine with it. I am really happy about how it came out.
That new grill that you're coming out with looks really nice, I'll definately get this to replace this one in the future!

wow congratulation. i'm gonna get the luxon grill too.. my girlfriend is going to Korea for 2 weeks so i'll tell her to bring some parts for me. i saw Luxon grill for 130000won which is around 100 dollars shipped. so i'll tell her to get one for me on the way.. and some other parts too. sequence fog light housing with yellow lights were around $150 shipped too. i just have to until middle of October though... - -;;

You might considering buying Mike's new custom grill design versus the Luxon. I ordered both the Luxon and M&S Type A grill a the same time and found that mine too (Luxon) did not properly line up. You could of course do what others have done and modify it to hold firmly but I think Mike's new design will look as good if not better and be available for even less money! He knows what he's doing!
