Sounds like there is a problem with your seal which is allowing air to get in. Happened on my Elantra. If you can find the hole you can reseal it but since its under warranty I would just take it to your dealership.
I remember seeing something along the same lines as my problem around here somewhere, but forget where it was to correct it.
After a while of driving, condensation accumulates inside the headlights, its really annoying.. why is this happening? Should i take it to Hyundai to get new ones or is this normal?

Its normal-... thats the general conclusion between the sites... I actually had mine replaced but thats because there was some odd staining on the inside of both my headlights
but here's some major condensation I was getting as well, that was the straw that broke the camel's back:

Did you take them back..did they replace them? My GC is at the dealership right now and i told them about the condensation and how i saw alot of people with that problem, they said it was normal. I have pix of my car with the condensation so bad, it looks like i have the LED strips at the bottom of the enclosure, its pretty bad.... did they change it out for you?:

I have this exact problem extremely bad in my passenger headlight and just a little in my driver side... I installed an HID 10000K H11b bulbs in there, will that void my warranty?
You could always put the halogens back in there if you take the car to the dealership to have the headlights replaced! ^^
I do agree. It is pretty annoying. Mine does it too when the temperature outside is cold, and the headlights are turned on. I read in the owner's manual that its "normal"....so far it goes away after sitting without the lights on for a while, but if it stays in there they will for sure as heck be replacing them. I'm not taking any crap from the dealer.
I installed HID's into my stock Halogens, had to drill holes in the back of the caps for the ballast wiring, gone through extreme climate changes and never had an issue..
could also try reseating the cap and bulbs with rubber gaskets, just incase they screwed in wrong.

I have NEVER had condensation in my headlights since I bought it in September, and if I did get it, I would probably flip out. I don't care what Hyundai says... it is NOT normal. My Tiburon never even got condensation in it when other people complained they did.
I know the taillamps are vented for whatever reason.. and if they get moisture you just take a hair dryer to it and it goes away.. but if there are no mods to headlamps then they shouldn't condensate.
