Aren't the scissor doors similar to the Lamborghini style doors?
I was under the impression they were all classified as Lambo doors, just different names & minor mechanism changes.

Well, I won't be doing anything unless a system is made for the GC, & that won't happen unless 10 people go in on it. I can wait........ I'm not that old.

DISCLAIMER: I'm all for doing whatever you want to your car, since it's yours and that's the only person who has to like it. But the comment brought memories of this up:

    I hear you.
    I have to wonder though.......
If Lambo doors, which are installed on what..... 0.001% of cars???? are considered "played out", what do you suppose conventional doors should be labeled?
State of the art? Original? Unconventional? Unique? Unusual?

    Just wondering.

If I do a door kit, I'm going dihedral synchro-helix, aka, raptor doors.

    I wouldn't recommend it.
They would make your GC look so awesome that nobody could stand it, not even you!

I don't think I'll be doing any door kits honestly.. doors are a part of the safety system.. and I don't play around with safety systems.
