Not from OK, but was just in Duncan, Oklahoma yesterday.
(The GC unhappily claimed its first road kill victim on this trip. Ran over a little turtle. )

Aww Rpeeljoe! That stinks. Poor turtle... was the car okay?

I know, I know. I feel terrible.
-Went to OK to attend the burial of my Aunt and wound up sending a soul off to turtle heaven.
The squirt even made a little “ker-thud, ker-thud” when it shot out from under my tire.

I crawled under and looked for damage but didn’t see any.
