I posted a similar thread on another forum. I guess this is becoming a bit of a mystery to me.

Granted, the 2.0t has been modded much longer than the 3.8... There's a lot of info out for that car.

the 3.8... Not so much.

But there's a dozen exhaust systems, at least 2 chip tuners, several CAI's, an intake manifold porting service, and other things.

No one seems to have put them all together, with a custom tune, and posted dyno's, numbers, etc. I find this hard to believe.

We have the one 12 page thread here about 43+HP from CAI+Custom Tune. That seems hard to believe, but it also seems to be backed up with real data.

+Headers+Exhaust and/or other mods - What should we expect?

I'm just whining. I'd like someone to have some numbers. Packaged up "setups" with "X" tune = approx this much HP.

Its rather disheartening to try and choose something like the Ark headers+exhaust, and an SFR tune, and someone's CAI, and think for something like $3,000 we'd get 40HP... But with a custom tune the numbers could be significantly higher (or so it seems), for relatively little more money.
