2.0T Automatic Transmission/throttle issues

I looked into the lemon law for florida and it has to be in the shop for 15 days - today were on day 5 and the transmission was just ordered. Well see how it plays out. If anyone else if feeling there car do the same thing take it to a dealer. Automatics should not "buck" as one poster discribed .

picked up the car today, all seems well but Im noticing a ticking noise when i turn off the car, Any clue what this could be?

I have a manual 2.0 and recently had the same problem. I went to apply gas and let out the clutch and "Whammy" I got a check engine light and no throttle response. What was the cause and the overall out come of your situation? What all was said by the dealership and how long did it take to fix? Thanks for any help you or any one can provide.

hey guys it took a while but the issue is resolved finally. a couple of weeks ago the transmission started slipping again I brought it in and they found a leak in the transmission. They drained it fixed the leak and refilled it. I've been driving it for 2 weeks now and there are no issues. I then spoke with the regional manager for Hyundai USA and he is giving me a 3 year free service contract and agreed that if the issue comes back they will replace the car.

If anyone else is having this issue be persistent and stay on the dealer to make an appointment with your regional manager. the transmissions are known to have a issue with the fluid and cooling system. PM me if you have any questions or need more detail.

ive had the same thing happen but not the trans problem. i got the problem where i lose all throttle response .
