Yeah but i will still have a lot of money left to spend on something else, 2.0 et 3.8 base difference around 8k so even with these upgrades i still have some money left from the price difference.

As much as I want to go forced induction with my V6 I think staying NA could be okay as well. Intake, Headers, Exhaust, Tune can put us close to 325-350whp

Your not going to get 300 cheap or under warranty. Its kind of sad that the 2.0T only makes 180ish whp compared to other 2.0Ts. But idc I love the car 180whp or not

I have the MXP cat-back exhaust coming in stock any day now!

You'll make even more power if you make it a full turbo back exhaust and that's all within a reasonable level of modification for a warranty.
If you do a turbo-back and get rid of the cats you're guna have to bribe your way through inspection.

turbo back exhaust, $1800-2000 for 25-30WHP
intake: $300-400 for 15-25WHP (depends on how far the intake is brought in)
Actuator: $200ish for 10-50WHP (depending how far you dial up the boost)
Reflash: $600-800 for 40-50WHP (depending on reflash)

Total spent: $3400ish for a potential gain of 120-150WHP

The actuator will pop your turbo solenoid if you dial the boost up to high, the reflash allows you to dial up the boost and bypass the solenoid.
your check engine light will turn on as well with a code indicating you have to much boost unless you have the reflash

If you need to take you car in for repair, reflash back to factory settings and back off the actuator so the solenoid does not pop.

All the above will get you close to 300WHP. (360 crank useing the 20% rule) if you use 94+ octane gas.

here is a youtube vid of a 2.0t with just exhaust and intake done. (also says a light tune)
there was no actuator done otherwise you would hear the "whoosh"
    it dyno'd at 250WHP (300 crank)

***please keep in mind that every car is different depending on the tune and all numbers are approximate***
