Does anyone know what the poweraxel actually does? Does it raise Boost levels? Does it tune? what does it do im lost.

It modifies the operating parameters of the ecu. Things like boost level, fuel, emissions, timing are changed to focus on power rather than longevity.that's what I understand at least. If you want more specific details I recommend calling poweraxel directly and asking their tech support.

As far as I know it does, but the other alternative is to go to your dealership and ask for the ECU update that they released a TSB for.

Last time I heard from PowerAxel they recommended you go to the dealership and receive the latest TSB and updates prior to installing the PowerX module.

There used to be a TSB but I can't find it anymore.

Just make an appointment with your dealership to confirm you have the latest ECU/Bluetooth/Headunit/BCU software (just easier to get them all done at the same time). Also, good idea would be to confirm that software updates are under warranty. I was warned by my dealership that some do try to charge.
