Sweet sounds like a hell of an upgrade... And from what I've seen with that 2.2 stroker kit im guessing you will go over 450... Also I dont see fuel injectors on your list...

Off topic... What was wrong with your tranny? My MT is alittle rough around the edges but it doesnt seem broken... Was it obvious it was right? Or is it not suppose to be rough around the edges?

My tranny had 16K miles and was grinding in 3 4 and 5th gear. It's smooth as silk now.

Injectors will be an as needed install

Pmastron, thank you very much... I've been looking all over for an EDC kit for the GC, really wanted the Bilstein version since it's super simple but this will do.

Well My 3rd and 5th grind every so after... If im carelessly shifting... Should I have it checked out? Should it just never ever ever hang up on a gear shift?

I have one of the "new" trannies too.. and it's just as bad as the old one. According to my Hyundai rep it has something to do with the syncro's going between 2-3-5.. but I'm starting to lean towards a faulty pressure plate/clutch assembly.

Pressure plate assembly can be be replaced with aftermarket so can the flywheel so they dont concern me... I plan on doing that upgrade when my clutch needs replacing... Thats why I might give the gf MT lessons in it take a few more miles off the clutch easy...

Clutches last me on average 60k-70k miles. So I'm replacing early
