Since it's still a piggy back you can't download a map from the stock ecu. The tunes/maps for CMD are offsets for the factory tune, IE, CMD wants 90% duty cycle on the injectors, ECU calls for 80%, CMD adds a little juice to the signal before it hits the injectors (or boost solenoid for boost)... Here's a post I had on another forum with links to some base maps Dynojet used to have on their site that you can use as a starting point. The main thing you'll almost for sure have to adjust is the MAP and TIP clamp values. The values I needed were pretty close to the ones in the maps but I did have to adjust them on my car. You can find MAP/TIP logging /clamping instructoins on Dynojets website I believe. With clamps too high the ecu will throw an overboost code and with clamps to low you will create more boost than the tune calls for since the ecu won't see enough boost and keep the wastegate shut... The 24psi map is not a daily driving tune and probably shouldn't be used.
Autotune will only adjust fuel settings based on a lamda value you specify in certain parts of the AutoTune map in the MCC so it's great for fine tuning but I wouldn't slap a GT30 on, crank up the boost, and go for wot runs. You'll have to go in baby steps if swapping turbos.
