you hear that chuckling sound.. what do you all think it could be.. wat i was thinking is i couldnt get that clamp on the BOV hose to go all the way on to the BOV so its clamped right at the end.. do you think i need to get the clamp to go all the way on because i was thinking it may be a pressure leak?! What do you all think

either atmo or recirc is fine on the GC, neither will harm the car at stock location.
From what I'm told, the BOV from Forge comes calibrated for OEM boost levels out of the box, so you shouldn't have to change anything, just wanted to know if you did.
Have you tried contacting Forge?

I just posted a new video its still not playing? Nope i didnt change anything from the BOV i took it right out of the box and installed it.. ive tried contacting forge but it jus keeps going to voicemail and ive also sent an email regarding this problem and i have not gotten a response yet..

sorry, there was a massive posting between my comment and your first vid upload.
It's a long weekend so Forge may be away till Monday or Tuesday.
To me, that sounds like compressor surge. If it is compressor surge, it's very bad for your turbo. Your BOV seems to be opening late as well.
Get ahold of Forge and see what they say.

Not compressor surge, just BOV diaphram fluttering. Compressor surge would be significantly louder and grossly more metallic and last long after the BOV closes. The spring being used is probably not the right one. Might be too tight. Contact Forge and see if you used the right spring or if you should go with a softer one.
