Get a Blitz. Easier to clean, and more air flow

With a drop in, all you're talking about is 2-3 whp max so the brand isn't going to matter too much...

You'll notice a bit more turbo spooling sound, a slight bpv sound, and a slight bump in power.

If anything, switching to a washable/cleanable filter will save you money and trips to the parts store down the road.

I use a K&N cone filter, like Crooked said, more noise, not really much else. Big difference in noise with silencer delete and a cone. But if you're just looking at the K&N OEM replacement, I don't know, probably just a few ponies.

Thanks guys. I was just looking for a cheap alternative to gain some power, still broke at the moment. I think I’ll just wait and save for something better.

it would be better to save for something you can feel. on a car you arent going to feel power till its around 10 or more hp. 2-3hp you wouldnt even feel it. its the little 2-3hp gains you do at once that make a difference.
