I've had quite a few requests for the different tuned maps/files for CMD so I just put them up on a free hosting site. The tuned maps should be used with caution as they weren't designed for your car specifically. Always monitor or get your A/F checked at a dyno/tune shop when adjusting boost and fuel settings. The usual, I take no responsiblity for your motor disclaimer...
Due to variations with different cars, mods, etc you may need to adjust your MAP/TIP clamp values to keep from overboosting and going into limp mode. Dynojet has plenty of tutorials and information on their website covering the basics of CMD.

Good question actually, I always run premium so I never checked... Might want to shoot a PM to DynoJet about that one for verification. I do know the 24psi was not suggested for daily driving.
The zero map is just a pass threw so it runs like stock, correct?

Yep, no changes to stock tune with zero map installed. That's the one you'll want to use for baseline logs, maps clamps, etc.
Premium fuel is what we used for all of our testing. We get 91 octane here at 2100' elevation. I would recommend premium regardless of your area.
As I have mentioned before, we no longer offer those maps to the public because many cars require different clamp values than what we came up with. Also, if you have ANY modifications to your car, it very well may cause more boost with that offset table.
AT THE VERY LEAST, you should have a wideband O2 sensor and a boost gauge in the car if you are going to attempt to tune. These are the basics for tuning a turbo car.
These maps were old and removed for a reason. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Casey, as we knew, your first harness was missing a pass-thru wire. The second box that we overnight Saturday delivered to you is currently on our car and running fine. Carl set new clamps by logging the zero map and it's running without a hiccup so far. We will continue to test it to see if something comes up, but so far so good.

Keith,
Thanks for the update. I have no clue what the issue was? I mean we verified that the car ran fine with stock solenoid plugged in but when the CMD solenoid connector was used it caused our car to go into limp mode/throw codes. This was WITH the zero map (passthru) and clamps set remember? I'm stumped really.
I do appreciate the VERY SPEEDY replacement on the second box. Also like I said there has been great support and customer service along the way. I just was not willing to put another 3-4 days into troubleshooting![]()

I hear ya Casey. We do admit that this product isn't for everyone. Those who want more of a plug-and-play solution with no tuning on their end would probably be better served with a different product. It's very hard for us to offer something that has great flexibility and growth potential, but be super easy on the customer end. We've tried and the CMD is what we came up with, but again, it's not for everyone.
I haven't yet spoke with Carl as to what he found last night driving our GC home with your box on it, other than a text from him saying he made new clamps, put it the off-the-shelf fuel only map and it's running good. This was your second box and harness. I'll have more info later today once I get to work.
