I just got one as well I've been pondering where my first dollars will go as far as mods are concerned. You should start out with the free mods of course, intake silencer delete and then the wastegate adjustment. It will help a small amount plus its free.

I still haven't decided where to start spending money on the car yet though. AMS has a nice right up on parts changed and what the performance gains actually were. Seems that intakes do little to nothing according the dyno runs so I wouldn't bother with that. A lot of guys seem to be happy with the power axel ecu upgrade. The most impressive increase I saw on AMS charts was from a manual boost controller. Think it gained like 25hp on the low end. Not bad for 50 dollars. That will be my first mod, and a boost gauge of course.

    Congrats on the new car!

Best bang for the buck is a retune. It'll wake the car up more than about anything else. Dynojet CMD or PowerAxel reflash is the way to go. Both should put you atleast 215+whp and 260+ft/lbs. Makes the 2.0T a whole new car.

By far for the biggest performance boost right now I would go with the Dynojet CMD or PowerAxel tuning module! Serious gains for a nice price

May or may not affect warranty though so be aware.
