I don't know if I'll be ordering from GlowShift again, their product might be good but this is a lot of hassle, it got to Winipeg in one day, then got stuck in "Brokerage" for two, then got sent back to the US, now it's back in "Brokerage".. my $30 gauge will cost me almost $100 by the time it's all done... not very much of a deal.

got gauge today.. no instructions... no idea how to install this.. suggestions would be great.. I have a manual so I can't stick the boost hose through what would be an empty hole for the clutch. Can't install where I wanted.. it's too big.. needing quality place to get gauge pod. Also.. don't know which line to tap into, there are like 6 different tubes under there..

pics, and how to's would be awesome

Here is where I t'd in to hook my wifes up. Just follow the red tube.

You can also use hook in where the little white and green thing is on the upper/mid right.

thanks crooked, rep+ for the info.
little more when you got a moment though.. how'd you plumb it into the cabin? I'm looking at A-pillar (don't really want to.. but I don't want CP-e's on the top of the center stack either so.. going with import's most likely).

The one I got is a digital boost gauge, so it has the vac/boost sensor in the engine bay , then uses a regular wire to send the signal to the gauge in the interior... I didn't have to run a vac line through the firewall, which is the main reason I went with a digital gauge instead of old school gauge. It was easy to sneak 2 16 gauge wires through the hole.

This is how my wifes is setup, using the fuel pump fuse for power, and using this gauge:

Edit: I also like digital gauges like this more than analog gauges because it will show PSI accurate to .2 instead of just eyeballing a regular gauge you can see exactly what pressure you're running in actual numbers...

My analog gauge installed the same way. Although I agree with you about .2psi, not that important IMO. Analog is smoother moving either up or down. Unlike digital, analog can be read while the PSi/vacuum is changing

Agreed. The digital isn't all that smooth, but I find it easier to read when driving and taking a quick glance. But after a while I'm sure you know what psi is where on the analog without seeing the numbers, like a clock... They both have their advantages and draw backs.
